I’m a certified Erotic Blueprint® coach, an Urban Tantra® trained sex educator, and an experienced mentor of conscious sexuality, supporting individuals and couples who desire to understand themselves as multidimensional sexual, spiritual, and relational beings.

My passion is teaching and mentoring others toward their own unique erotic empowerment.

Blending Intimacy Coaching with Sex Coaching

For the past 15 years, my areas of personal & professional expertise include non-dual tantra (Advaita), sexual shadow integration, emotional intelligence, attachment styles, existential kink, Tantra for Healing, and what I call Conscious Hedonism – or the embrace of desire and pleasure as a path for soulful awakening. I am a senior faculty member at the Shakti Shiva Academy and founder of the forthcoming Erotic Wisdom Academy. I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area where I guide private coaching clients (in-person and virtually), co-lead local events, offer 1:1 bespoke intensives, curate multi-day personal retreats, and train new Bondassage® practitioners.

Educational Background and Professional Trainings

Aside from being a body worker and somatic counselor, I hold a bachelor’s degree in human sexuality and am currently pursuing a Masters degree in clinical sexology with an emphasis on sex coaching for empaths and highly sensitive people (HSPs). Soon after I will be completing a PhD in clinical sexology with an emphasis on sex, gender and relationship-affirming oncology with the intent of creating a training for oncological medical staff about to support their clients with sex and intimacy related issues as they go through cancer treatments.

For the past two decades I have immersed myself in the realms of Taoist and Tantric spirituality alongside my sexuality and gender studies.

I am a past participant in the Landmark Education Curriculum for Living (2004-2005), a graduate of PAX International’s “Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women” program (2008-2009), completed eight levels of the Human Awareness Institute’s sex, love and intimacy curriculum (2008-2013) and four levels of the Avatar™ Course (2016-2018). Additionally I am a life coach trained at San Francisco State University (2010) and a counselor trained by the Interchange Counseling Institute of San Francisco (2012). I am currently enrolled in the Sex Therapy Certificate Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Advanced Certifications and Specializations

I am also trained in the Hakomi method of somatic psychotherapy through the Hakomi Institute of California, the highly effective coaching processes of the Accelerated Evolution Academy, and have been studying the Erotic Blueprint body of work as showcased on the Netflix series “Sex, Love & Goop” since 2015. In 2023 I became a certified Urban Tantra practitioner trained by author & creator Barbara Carellas as well as a certified Bondassage trainer and advanced practitioner.

In addition I have studied shamanism with the late Kenneth Ray Stubbs, PhD. and Michael Harner, PhD; Tantra and conscious sexuality with Steve and Lokita Carter, Dez Nichols, and South Africa’s Advait Tantra School; and have completed BDSM trainings with Cleo Dubois, Jaeleen Bennis, and Midori, as well as other Bay Area and European Pro-Dommes. I was featured in a 2010 History Channel special about the history of Tantra as well as a 2010 DVD release called “The Path of the Sexual Shaman.”

From 2010-2017 I was a senior student of and apprentice to the late Dakini Shakti Malan, PhD., conscious sexuality teacher from Cape Town, South Africa, and between 2020-2022 was a co-director of her online school, the Shakti Shiva Academy, where I am currently a senior faculty member on the teaching staff.

The 5 Erotic Blueprints are a framework developed by somatic sexologist Jaiya to help people understand their unique path to turn-on and pleasure.
