Intimacy coaching sessions are dedicated to exploring your sexual history, beliefs, attitudes, and more. Using the MEBES model (Mental, Emotional, Body, Energetic, Spiritual framework) of intimacy coaching, we’ll gather insight into where you’re at, where you’ve been, and which direction you’d like to go in as individuals or as a couple.
Our objective by the end of the session will be to clarify what’s working in your erotic + relational life, what could be working better, and what steps can be taken to empower you in that direction.

This session is 2 hours dedicated entirely to us exploring and unpacking whatever is alive for you in the realms of intimacy, sexuality, fantasy, erotic exploration, and more.

• Are there topics you find you have very few people (or perhaps no one) to talk to about, and a personal confidant would be useful?
• Are there themes you feel self-conscious or insecure to bring up and you could use an ear?
• Is there something that feels shameful or burdensome that you’d like to transform to a more joyful experience?

Let’s talk, explore, unfurl, and expand – unscripted, raw and real, with the aim of offering you alternative perspectives, practices and approaches! Transformation, inner peace, and true satisfaction are possible. I’m here to hold your hand and support you to becoming and expressing more of who you truly are.

Additionally, all of my training as an erotic educator, intimacy coach, Tantric counselor, and somatic + clinical sexologist are at your disposal. Feel free to ask questions of any sort related to these topics.

To begin our journey together

Once I receive your intake form, we have the option to set up a brief discovery call. This call will help us determine compatibility and establish what your visions and intentions are for our work together, as well as discuss logistics, rates, etc. Our next step will be to schedule a time for our first session.

All first sessions are approximately 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 60+ minutes (unless a longer time frame is requested).

I will send you an email with primer questions a day or two before our first session (and each additional session) to help both of us prepare.

I help you identify and transform previous limitations of guilt and shame in your subconscious into confidence and relaxation in your everyday experience. I also help you reclaim your sensual and sexual confidence by shifting your attitudes and beliefs, moving you to greater depths of compassion, understanding and turn-on.

You become the director once again of the movie that is your greatest life! You also reclaim and renew your relationship with your “Self” as a sacredly sexual being.

The words “Anam Cara” are a Celtic term for “Soul Friend.”

Soul friend is the role I see myself playing for you above all others. A soul friend is someone with whom you can talk about anything.
